Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise field crews on active commercial construction sites
- Coordinate daily work activities and schedules
- Ensure projects are built to plans, specs, and quality standards
- Enforce jobsite safety policies and OSHA standards
- Communicate effectively with superintendents, project managers, and subcontractors
- Train, mentor, and support crew members
- Assist with material coordination and jobsite logistics

Skill/Education/Experience
Skill/Education/Experience
- 5+ years of commercial construction experience
- Prior leadership or foreman experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, tools, and materials
- 30 Hour OSHA certified
- Ability to read blueprints and construction documents
- Commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality workmanship
- Reliable, organized, and solutions-oriented mindset

Salary Range: $35 - $45/hour
This position is eligible for additional compensation through Engelberth Construction’s bonus programs and comprehensive benefits package.
