We’re currently seeking motivated, dependable individuals to join our team as Carpenter Helpers / Laborers. This is a great opportunity to learn the trade, gain hands-on experience, and grow in the construction industry.

        Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist carpenters and tradespeople with daily construction tasks
  • Load/unload materials and tools
  • Perform site cleanup and material organization
  • Support framing, concrete, demolition, and finish work
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean jobsite
  • Learn construction skills through hands-on experience
Skills/Education/Experience:
  • Construction experience
  • Strong carpentry skills (framing, layout, finishing, installations)
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Knowledge of construction safety standards and practices
  • Reliable transportation and strong attendance
  • OSHA 10 preferred (or willingness to obtain)
  • Team-oriented, professional, and safety-focused mindset

Compensation and Benefits:
Salary Range: $25 - $38/hour
This position is eligible for additional compensation through Engelberth Construction’s bonus programs ($1-$3/hour quarterly bonus based on hours worked in previous quarter) and comprehensive benefits package.  In accordance with applicable pay transparency laws, Engelberth Construction does not discriminate in compensation based on protected characteristics and is committed to fair and equitable pay practices.
